Alcon has the expertise to support your practice at every stage. Our Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are responsible for providing all of your equipment and technical needs. Our FSEs deliver highly responsive world class on-site service for equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.

Scheduled and on-demand equipment services provided by our highly qualified FSEs includes but is not limited to:

- Planned maintenance (PMs)
- Troubleshooting and repair
